	Mr James de Souza, Managing Director Mr Stephen James de Souza has 15 years of experience in education management in Singapore and Malaysia. Founded several education businesses and acts as advisor and consultant for businesses in Asia. He actively works closely with key stakeholders from senior managements of global organisations. He holds various qualifications in the fields of economics, business management, strategy and innovation and training and development from globally recognised Universities such as the National University of Singapore , Nanyang Business School and IAL an Institute of Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is also a certified trainer and lecturer.
	Ms Jane Leong Peili, Director (Organization Development) Jane is trained in State University of New York at Buffalo in Psychology. She graduated with honors and went on to work in the Education sector where she handles the development of training materials and providing the training for companies focusing in Organization Development. She also provides consultation to various companies in Organization Development to improve their effectiveness & efficiency.
	Mr Muhammad Aszuan Bin Haris, Director He has been working in the food and Beverage industry for more than 10 years. He has managed up to 8 branches at one time. He also been involved in the food catering and events business having organized and managed events with more than 5,000 attendees. On top of his industrial experience, Mr Muhammad Aszuan Bin Haris also works with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) conducting training sessions in the areas of hospitality under the diploma programme. He holds a Diploma in International Business Management from UTM and has undergone the Advanced Management Programme from UTM.
	Ms Melanie Chen, Lecturer/Regional Manager Ms. Melanie Chen has worked in the legal and finance industry specifically in Singapore and China. She specializes in client relationship management and legal and financial advisory. She currently holds a learning and development role as a trainer and consultant in GEA Institute Singapore. Melanie has also worked for more than 8 years with renowned hotel groups in Singapore namely: Shangri-La, Millennium and Intercontinental Singapore. Melanie has several qualifications in the areas of Psychology, education, hospitality and translation and interpretation from Murdoch University and Singapore University of Social Sciences.
	Ms Wiwin Anggraini, Manager Ms Wiwin Anggraini has been working in the service industry for more than 10 years in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. She also founded and runs her own sustainable food business, the vegan project where she is involved in designing, producing, testing, and bringing to market various vegan food products such as the vegan protein balls and vegan burritos. She is also a trainer specialising in hospitality and digital business. She is currently working on her research project focusing on the role of Artificial Intelligence for businesses going digital in customer engagement and digital marketing. She holds qualifications in hospitality and digital business from Singapore.
