For your convenience, you can SCAN and EMAIL the relevant documents to us together with your bank in slip/proof of payment of RM 300 (Application Fee).

Alternatively, you may collect an application form and fill it up at our office in person at any of our executive campuses.

We have provided a checklist to help you complete your application.

• Application Fees: RM 300
• Copy of Candidate IC
• Copy of SPM/ Equivalent & Other Qualifications
• Academic Certificate of Graduation or Confirmation Letter
• 2 Passport Photos
• Letter of Support from Employer. (Offer letter/Employment letter/Etc)
• Resume
