Samuel Lee Holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Marketing from the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also The Marketing Institute of Singapore. A full time trainer for more than 17 years, providing training to participants in various organisations from Lower Level Executive to Professional and Manager Level in many different institutions in Singapore. Some organisations are Malaysia Institute of estate agency and Curtin University of Technology.

Gim Leng Principal HRD Consultant has been actively involved in HRD for more than 20 years with multinational corporations, such as Bank of America & Standard Chartered Bank, Bank Negara Malaysia, and IT companies, etc. He has also conducted courses for statutory boards, government agencies and commercial companies in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Mr Seow was on the Board of Advisors of Duke University’s DELTA programme for leadership development and also works with the World Bank.Fellow to the Singapore Human Resources Institute ( FSHRI ). Studied in Harvard in the United States under trainers/mentors, Dr Chris Argyris and Dr Dave Heenan of Harvard. Trained more than 1,000 trainers for train the trainer in Malaysia with Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).

Mr James de Souza has 15 years of experience in education management in Singapore and Malaysia. Founded several education businesses and acts as advisor and consultant for businesses in Asia. He actively works closely with key stakeholders from senior managements of global organisations. He holds various qualifications in the field of economics and training and development from globally recognised Universities such as the National University of Singapore and Aventis School of Management. He is also a certified trainer and lecturer.
